What happens on the day?

You are welcome to arrive at Party Corp 15 minutes prior to your event time and enjoy our lounge until your Party begins. Access to the room is strictly 5 minutes prior.

Our team will be on hand to assist with cake, gift bag display, any balloon placement bought and pre-party family photos, so be assured everything will be ready on time for your guests’ arrival.

Enter your fully styled space, and delight in your child's party table, ceiling installation, photo wall and personalised LED screen.    

You will be greeted by and introduced to your party hosts, who will offer to take some family photos prior to your guests arrival.  

As guest arrive and settle in, each child will be offered a themed temporary tattoo, glitter hair spray and costume (selected themes).

Once all guests have arrived, we begin our welcome, and move to a massive in-theme photo wall to capture a series of fun poses and memories. Feel free to us #partycorp and tag us with @party.corp on Instagram and Facebook!

Time to party! Lights are lowered, Disco ball and UV glow lighting come to life, we pump the music and begin an awesome game of glow in the dark musical freeze!  Every little freezer wins a glow in the dark bracelet! 

Hungry? Guests are offered hand sanitiser and take a seat at the Birthday table.  The Party Corp team will serve a three-tier rack filled with delicious party snacks like mini cupcakes, fairy biscuits, fresh fruit popcorn (no added salt or sugar) and delicious ribbon sandwich (jam, cheese & vegemite on brown bread). 

Back into the main party area, age appropriate dancing, fun & games Continue! Limbo, Pass the parcel, Dance Dice, Corners, Dance off's, obstacle courses, tower building and Lolly buffet (optional extra) to name a few!

We sing 'Happy Birthday' around 60 minutes in, and play another game is played whilst the cake is cut and served to children and adults .

Once all the icing had been devoured, there's time for more fun! 

After the final 'Happy Birthday' dance, our team will usher guests from the party room to our café space so we can prepare for the next party.

Gift bags will be styled for the birthday child to hand to their friends, and you are welcome to enjoy our foyer for as long as you wish!
