COVID-19 Social distancing measures
Our number one priority is the health and wellbeing of all guests and employees.
Post pandemic, we continue to practice social distancing where possible, promote hand sanitising on arrival and before eating.
We also continue to practice high-frequency cleaning across all areas of our venue.
So, what should you expect during your event?
Guest Arrival
- Hand sanitiser dispensers are placed at reception and throughout the venue.
In the Party Room
- We have increased our cleaning regimes with the implementation of industry leading cleaning and sanitising protocols for cleaning the Party Room and all public areas.
- All of our party games have been altered to ensue safe social distancing with the use of fun markers on the floor. We will make finding your star part of the fun, so the kids won’t even notice!
- Children will be asked to wash or sanitize their hands before and after meal times
- All of our kids Party food items are already individually portioned, and will continue to be safely served by our staff.
- All Adult food platters will be circulated by our staff, guests will take a napkin, and our staff serve items as selected by your guests.
