Party Corp. Terms & Conditions

Payment

A non-refundable 50% deposit is required to secure your child’s event date and time.  Balance payment is required 72 hours prior to the event.

Cancellations/ Transfers

Due to the nature of our business, cancellations and or transfers inside 60 days of an event date are forfeited and new booking deposit will apply.

If, for any reason a party is cancelled outside 60 days of the event, we refund your deposit less a $275 Cancellation fee. 

Allergies

Party Corp. is a nut-free zone, Party Corp. accepts no responsibility for children eating food they may be allergic to during a party.

Guests

Children aged 18 months + are considered guests and are included in the guest numbers.  

We can additional guests or siblings on the day of the event, however if a guest cannot attend on the day, confirmed booking numbers apply, credit is not applied to Coffee or drinks tab. 

The Party Corp. café space is designed specifically for parents, carers and siblings to enjoy while guests attend the event.  

Final guest numbers and any catering additions can be confirmed via email the week prior to your event.

Arrival

Please feel free to arrive around 10 minutes prior to the birthday party event time and enjoy a coffee in our reception space.  

Access to the Party room is strictly 5 minutes prior to the event. 

Our team will be on hand to assist with cake display, gift bag arrangement, any additional balloons or decor bought in by our clients and pre-party family photos, so please be assured everything will be ready on time for your guests’ arrival.

Responsibility for Children & Guests

The safety and well being of all children, parents and carers is the responsibility of the hirer.

As such a responsible adult, parent or career must always be present for the duration of the event.

Children aged five and under are required to have a parent or carer remain onsite for the duration of the event.

Issues Beyond Our Control

Party Corp. reserves the right to cancel parties at any time for any reason. Examples include but are not limited to building damage through weather, fire or electrical malfunction or technology issues.

Party Corp. accepts no responsibility or liability for any loss or damage to any person, equipment or merchandise as a result of a cancellation. 

The Hirer indemnifies Party Corp. Kids against any such claim, action, loss or damage.
